The food was good. Waiting for it for more than 80minutes on a not busy time (tables not even close to fully occupied when we arrived) is just a farce. If it is not about just spending time somewhere go choose another place, for us this was the first and last visit. Luckily Hannover has enough alternatives for 🍔. We ordered the bread as a starter. But it came with the burgers. Staff is not attentive at all. It we would not have gone inside to ask to pay we would have probably spend another hour being ignored. Ridiculous.
The atmosphere is indeed nice, but the tables and benches are too small. It's loved by kids, but as adults, we can't fit comfortably at the tables and benches. The 40-minute service time for the burger is a bit long. Unfortunately, until these issues are resolved, I can't enjoy my fantastic burger with pleasure.
All in all nice, as the food is tasty and the cocktails are delicious and staff is polite.
Unfortunately, we were there on a busy Saturday evening and the staff just could not keep up. Not only did we have to wait over an hour for our food to be served, additionally some sides and a cocktail got mixed up in the process.
I've never seen a place with trees inside and that gives a charming vibe. We had to use the website to see the menu in English but a part from that everything was good.
My previous experiences were very nice, but I got disappointed by the service today. We went for lunch at 13:00, and waited for 30 minutes at the table without anyone coming to make order. There were even two groups that arrived after us had already got service. We wait for another 10 minutes after we asked to order. We left with hunger but still not had any order in the end. This was really unacceptable and disappointing.
the burger was good, very soft brioche, perfectly cooked beef and delicious sauces, but i think they need to work more on the fries, service was also good but was a bit slow although it wasnt that full when i visited, the store is cool with the unique design

This restaurant never disappoints. The quality of food is really good. The quality of burgers is very good and the side dishes are also very delicious. The home made Lemonades were topclass.
